Texting your customers

Improve customer experience with Job Well Done with the click of a button! In Job Well Done, a user can click a button that automatically sends a text to the customer they will be visiting.

No longer leave your customers wondering when you will arrive. You can leverage this funcationality to help manage expectations and improve customer experience. The fields are configurable but it’s often used to share with the homeowner that the templater or installer will arrive in 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or maybe even running late.
