JWD Dox was created to help companies continue to collect information they need from customers while reducing the need to meet face to face.
This product allows you to send PDFs to customers to collect customer signatures using email or text. Once the PDF is signed it will automatically be sent back to Moraware.
Whether it’s a signature you’d like to collect ahead of a field visit or your install teams were unable to collect the customer’s approval. JWD Dox can help by sending a form or document directly out of your Moraware attachments, have the customer sign it, and automatically receive the signed copy back as an attachment to the job.
